recruitment of Trainee Cabin Crew for fill up 161 Vacancies for its immediate requirement in Northern and Southern Regions on a fixed term engagement, for an initial period of five years and to maintain a wait list for future requirements.

Emoluments: During the period of training, the candidates will be given a stipend of Rs.10,000/- per month. After successful completion of the training, candidates may initially draw approximately Rs.31,500/- per month.
Educational Qualifications:
(a) Graduate from a recognized University (OR)
(b) 10+2 and three years' Degree/
Diploma in Hotel Management and Catering Technology from a Government recognized Institute (OR)
(c) 10+2 with at least one year experience in passenger interface in an Airline or Hospitality Services.
Language - Fluency in English and Hindi. Candidates having fluency in any Foreign Language of destination where Air India operates will be given preference.
Physical Standards:
(1) Height & BMI - Female - Minimum 160 cms, Male - Minimum 172 cms.
(2) Vision - Near Vision: N/5 in better eye and N/6 in worst eye, Distant vision: 6/6 in one eye & 6/9 in another eye
Spectacles not allowed, Contact lenses up to +2D permitted.
(3) Colour Vision (Colour Blindness) - Normal on Ishihara Chart.
Selection Process: Eligible candidates would be required to go through a Group Dynamics & Personality Assessment Test (GD & PAT) at the venues as decided by Air India Limited. GD & PAT shall be conducted in phases and candidates who qualify the same and fall in the applicable zone of consideration, will appear for a Written Test.
Application Fee: A non-refundable Demand Draft for Rs.600/- in favour of AIR INDIA LIMITED, payable at DELHI in case of applying for NORTHERN REGION or payable at CHENNAI in case of applying for SOUTHERN REGION. Candidates would be required to submit the said Demand Draft at the time of GD & PAT (Not applicable for SC/ST candidates). No fee for SC/ST Category Candidates.
